Status update and sketch

Hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday. I know that my brain feels a lot less cobwebby after a week of fresh air and relaxation.

I still don’t have an official date for the beginning of chapter 3. Right now the script is done, a good chunk of layouts are done, and the first page is colored and final. Yeah, I was supposed to take a comic break during my holiday, but I couldn’t resist!

My plan is to finish up a couple more pages so that I’ll have backup for holidays, sick days, etc without interrupting the regular update schedule. The format has changed so it’s taking some time to adjust. The result justifies the extra effort, though :)

Meanwhile, here’s a peek at a critter from the upcoming story.

Site Revamp

It’s just a quick clean-up- opening the blinds and chasing out the dustbunnies. Ah, much better.
Seems to be working ok in the latest versions of Firefox and IE. If you run into any weirdness, please let me know.

On Holiday

It’s break time!
Chapter 2 has wrapped, and now it’s time for me to take a rest from Roza. Look forward to Chapter 3 in 2009, in the meanwhile I’ll be sketching, reading, and spending my weekends on things besides drawing comic pages :)
